Notes and Rules

• Please note that citizens of some countries need a visa to enter Spain. It is your obligation to find out about the conditions for issuing visas in your country before your arrival in Spain.
• We recommend having the European Healthy card (Europeans citizens) or an International health insurances. We provide a basic cover of private health insurances for all our students:
  • Care by emergency medical teams and specialists.
  • Additional medical examinations.
  • Hospitalizations.
  • Immediate treatment for acute dental problems, understood as those that, due to infection, pain, or trauma, require emergency treatment.
  • In the event of a vital emergency resulting from an unforeseen complication of a chronic, pre-existing, or congenital disease, the INSURER will only cover the costs of initial medical assistance carried out as an emergency and during the first days of the emergency or within the first 24 hours following hospital admission.
• The student, unless you specify otherwise, gives permission to ISC SPAIN so they may use their photographs in display advertising and social media for ISC SPAIN’s exclusive use.
• Students must behave politely and respectfully - illegal drug use or abusive behavior at any time, or alcohol consumption by minors will not be tolerated. ISC reserves the right to refuse, cancel and / or terminate participation of any person who contravenes the policy of ISC’s programmes. In the case of expulsion for infraction of the rules on the use of alcohol, drugs or tobacco, the registration fee will not be refunded.
• We must have a minimum of 3 students to form a sport-group. However if we are unable to form a group and the student does not want to choose another programme, the customer may cancel the course, and ISC SPAIN will fully refund them, including the deposit.
• The plane ticket and transfers in your home country are not included in the price.
• Transfer from/to the airport, train or bus station: 40€/trip (+20€/trip per family member).

General Conditions

The use of our website or any services or products offered therein is subject to our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time and without notice, by simply posting the revised General Conditions on our website or in our brochure. The use of our website constitutes an acceptance of these conditions, including any modifications that we might make.

We have the right, but not the obligation, to perform the following actions at any time or for any reason without notice (the conditions apply to our website and do not affect your enrollment on our courses in Spanish language):

• Restrict, suspend, or terminate the use of the website in general or in part by the customer/user
• Change details or timings without permission in special circumstances e.g. due to adverse weather conditions.
• Modify or delete any information published on our website.

You agree that we are not responsible for the modification of the website or any effects it may have on you, your child or any third party.

If the client wishes to cancel his/her reservation, he/she must communicate it in written form, correctly signed and sent by fax, e-mail, post or telegram, no other form apart from these four will be accepted.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the Covid situation, the Total amount is 100% refundable upon presentation of valid documentation confirming, if for any health reason or Covid restrictions, you cannot attend to the camp.

In this case, if the cancellation is made in more than 30 days before the start of the course, the full amount paid will be refunded, except for the deposit money sent (for all courses a deposit of 250 euros is mandatory).

If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the start of the course, ISC will retain 25% of the course fee.

If the cancellation is made less than 15 days before the start of the course, no refund will be made. In the event that the student starts the course after the start date or leaves the course before the end of the course, or they are suspended after infraction of our rules, no refund will be made. Refunds will only be made in the event of serious illness or death of the student or a member of the student's immediate family, upon presentation of documentation confirming the facts.

RULES INFRACTION

Please note that in our camp smoking , alcohol and drugs are not allowed.

In the event that the student does not respect all the rules, regulations and instructions of the Center and ISC SPAIN or his behavior or attitude may endanger him or other students or the name of our camp, the student may see their course interrupted without the right to a refund, and may be sent home in which case all expenses will be borne by the student.

The student and parents are responsible for any damages caused by the students, and must pay for any damages caused by them.

The Company will make every effort to maintain the plans in accordance with the requirements, but reserves the right to modify or cancel the program if unforeseen circumstances arise.

These General Terms and Conditions are written in English. Only the original version, in English, will be valid.

ADVERTISING. We may take promotional photographs and videos of students. If students do not want to be photographed or used in advertising, ISC Spain will respect their wishes. In this case, they should send an email notifying us at info@iscspain.com.

Any dispute or controversy that may arise in relation to or in connection with this document shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Novelda.
